Oh mah gawd!  Those are too adorable for words.  I used to love Teeny Little Super Guy and his little jingle and when he'd disappear back into his cabinet.  What an awesome birthday present!

Wait...it's all coming back to me.  Square 1, was that the math show that had Mathnet, the spoof of Dragnet?  I was always a big 3-2-1 Contact! fan, myself.

Loving these glasses so much I hauled out to Michael's to get the supplies, although I went with Making Fiends pics (easy for a beginning painter like me cause even the original artist colors outside the lines Wink)

Ok, but here's the problem I think I got the same paints, but they are not nearly as thick looking and lovely as the originals.  Has anyone else tried these?  With similar problems, or is it just me?

I'm unfamiliar with this character (oddly enough, probably), but they're cute glasses!

strange! and you're sure you got glass/ceramic paint? i'm sure it wouldn't hurt to put on a second coat before you seal it, if you think that would help.

Awww - maybe I did foul up.  I got just the plain old glass paints.  Second coat it is.  Thanks for your help

Gotta love that little guy!  I had totally forgotten about him until I found your project.  Great idea and thanks for bringing me back to my childhood.  I also loved the poor guy trying to cross the bridge... he always ran into that nasty wizard who ate all his groceries.  Stupid gluttonous wizard.
