They are just normal plastic page protectors, available at any office supply place, they worked really well! I put cardboard in the first and last ones to protect the other pages. Smiley

I received my very cool cookbook from Ohmyluckystars03 today!  It is wonderful.  She sent me her first Block print and a magnifying glass, which my husband ran off with before I could get a picture!  I told her I had "old eyes" and don't do small print! Smiley This was my first swap and I loved doing this.

My cookbook is spiral bound which I would like to know how to do.  I know nothing about scrapbooking or binding.

Thanks Ohmyluckystars03 for making my first swap wonderful!  And as soon as I figure out how to post pictures, I will.  Hmmmm.

That's really pretty!  What a nice print.  I like the strawberry cover too.

I just printed out everything and took it to the copy shop, and they bound it there, I wish i had the materials to do it myself Smiley.

I got my book in yesterday - and didn't get to message in that I got it - I am so sorry Mub!  You must think I am hesitant or something - I do love it.  Great crafty idea!  It is with my other cookbooks already - I don't know what to make first!

I really enjoyed this swap.  I wish I can do more swaps - there are so many great ones going - but alas.. massive deadlines are getting closer and I need to get on the ball!

CraftyDeb, I'm glad you liked it!  I'm sorry it is so awkward, it was either really tall or really fat when I started putting it together *L*

That's a really good idea!
I should give the "weekly recipe" idea a shot-- my boyfriend is just SO picky Sad He's a "meat and potatoes" person, while I LOVE variety and spices and trying new things. So, I'm going to have to pick things that seem tame and leave the more original recipes for nights where I can have my sister eat with me

Getting back into crafting! Follow along with me on my blog and see what I come up with! Smiley
