I love the ritz crackers divider Idea.  You did a great job!  I can't wait to see more.

My partner was MUB.  She got her package... and said that she liked it all which I was very nervous about it but at least I am at ease.

here are pictures of what I had sent her..
One cotton potholder in her kitchen colors - red and white....
one cd with each recipe in a different word document, all separated into categories so she has a disc copy of everything....
and a recipe box with flowers and butterflies and dragonfiles and birds.
The dividers I had used a box of ritz crackers - not because I couldn't find dividers but because I thought it was kind of cool - being red and all and I loved the pictures on them.

tada.

That is my craftiness.  The box admitedly I got and it was already painted pink - which I tried to cover up.  Apparantly somebody had made a bunch of these "bug boxes" and tried to sell them for about $7 at a craft show or something and they didn't go over since there was a slew of them at the second hand store.... my gain.  I thought the box was perfect - after I had gotten it I went to Michaels and there was the same box.  Arg.  I could have gotten it for the same price but naked.  Oh well.  It is always an adventure.

I look forward to seeing more of what everyone else had done!

Sorry the post is a bit out of order... I was having technical difficulties and deleted my post and redid it....

I should have included two and a hotmat as well - but I have been juggling several deadlines and only had so much time.  I really wanted to make things that were functional - I am just like that... kind of practical.  I can't help it.  I think I left my crazy side when I had kids.

Bluechip sent me a lovely bound cookbook and a few pieces of scrapbook paper Smiley. She even illustrated the individual recipe pages!!! I really like the fact that the cookbook is small and can fit into my purse on a trip to the grocery store. Thanks so much  Grin

Here's a picture of the book I made and sent to Vancy with all of the recipes. I was actually really pleased with how it came out. Quite sturdy and the pages are all in plastic for any little cooking messes that may occur.

I also drew on some of the recipe pages, just for fun Smiley

Thanks for organizing this swap, PlayItGeorge! Everyone's stuff looks great!
