This weekend, my friend taught me how to felt, so I made 2 felted finger puppets and a necklace for my 3 cousins who are 2, 5, and 7. They were so much fun to make!! Please tell me what you think.

Duh!!  I am so dumb!  Thanks Jane Doe, I see the rainbow finally, now I'm singing "red and orange, green  and blue, shinning yellow, purple too..."  most likely for the rest of the day.

Was just reading over in the feltalong #4, where DDiva was telling about making up spring baskets.  These marvelous finger puppets and rainbow necklace would be super in the baskets too.

Nice work squishy!

Aw... how cute and pretty!  I love the penguin!  Did your cousins love them as much as we do?

awww... I love them! Did you use a felt over a form for the puppets, or just needle felt a big finger hole after? I'm sure your cousins will love them.

I used two corks taped together as a form to begin with, then transferred the wet wool to my finger. The finger puppets shrunk down a little too much, so I should've worked the wool less.
