i think the width is up to you, however you as the creator envision it!  your partner may have specific widths they want too, and with your partner info you'll get when i assign partners, it will tell you how big your partner's wrist is.  that way you will know how long to make it.  does that make sense?

oh my gosh i'm in cuff overload mode, there are so many fabulous designs!!!!!  pinkmafia, i love that one by kelly mulloy, great stuff.  i'm so inspired now to go make some, but alas, i am out of town until saturday...but i DID bring my knitting stuff and some random yarn..... Smiley
