Jordy's tutorial is at the top of this page! It's the square bottomed lined bag tutorial thread.

the tutorial is for a bag a little bigger than the first baby bags i posted... but they are really a much better size. still tiny purses tho... just alter the pattern for whatever size you want.

Geez I'm such a dork  Embarrassed Thanks guys. But one thing I'm not sure about...do you have to pull the bag rightside out through the corner? Or is there an easier way to do it?

yeh you pull it out through the corner.

its really not that hard. i suppose you could leave a hole somewhere else but its just easier to stitch up the hole left by the corner.

FINISHED! I haven't had a chance to get my sewing machine back, so I had to do it all by hand. It took 5 hours but I'm really proud of it! Hehe...

Thanks..yeah I got pretty mad around the 3rd hour, when I thought I messed up the lining, but realized I hadn't after I started taking the thread out to redo it...But I finished it the next day because it got really aggrevating...I'm in love with this, and I'm getting a new sewing machine for my birthday next weekend!  Grin Hoorah for more bags!!

oooh theres nothing worse than spending hours sewing something only to realize that its crap in the end.
i did that a while ago.. i made my friend the cutest bag.. but i messed up the handles.. and i couldnt rip the stitches out cause it was made of a sweater and it would have unravelled.
so i made it into a pillow. ha!

Wow! That looks great for being hand stiched. I would never be able to do that! hehe  Cheesy I really like the lining fabric- is it fuzzy?
