This is weird, I just used that exact same pattern and I did the colors almost EXACTLY the same.... Pink outfit, blue pillow, brown hair... Weird!
Yours is cute! ^_^

You can find all of these vintage vogart patterns at:

preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'www.needlecrafter.com')

Look under People in the Patterns Library. Last page I think or next to the last. ^.^

What are you going to use yours for? I did mine on a thick weave twill and I'm going to work it into a purse. I thought about just using it as a framed art or something, but I'm not THAT good yet, haha... ^.^

I put mine on Walmart five-dollar-special flour sack towels... My hall bath is decorated in a 1950's sorta lingerie/pinup/naughty girl theme...and they will work perfectly on the towel rack

I have the original pattern to this, its early fifties and its actually a series of 8, alot of the sellers on ebay don't have or choose not to sell it as a complete set, and the prices they charge for the incomplete set just irk the heck out of me, ( steps off her soapbox ). You did a lovely job outstanding.

Shoot, she only has four of the eight on Needlecrafter...  Cry Oh well, I don't like these enough to pay for them- I think their eyes look funny. And why are the hairbrush, mirror, etc. so large? ~_^ I've used tattoo line drawings for pinup girls before and they came out really well- I found one where the girl has a hat covering her face, so it totally avoids the whole "how to make their faces not look stupid" problem. ^.^

Could I trouble you for copies of the other 4?!  I would gladly pay...but I'd love the full set!!!
