This first bag is made from dark brown plaid corduroy, I think it's sort of hard to see the plaid in these pics.

Here's the back side...

The patches...

and the interior...

And this is my take on the In Bloom clutch from The Happy Hooker.  I've had this yarn for awhile now, it's nice thick wool but too scratchy to be a hat or scarf, so...

Thanks for looking. Smiley

Two nice bags! How do the handles on the 'Hooker' bag hold up? do they stretch out if you put too much weight in your purse?

Actually, I just finished it this afternoon so I don't know yet.  It's pretty heavy duty yarn and it's crocheted pretty tightly so I think it'll hold up well.  I wouldn't carry bricks in it, but I'm not afraid to put all my normal purse junk in it.

Nice bags.  I really like the clutch and the flower detail.

I especially like the first bag.  It is just so cute.  Those patches are awesome.

Those patches are awesome.

Thanks.  I think so too, I can't stop making them.  It's a great way to use up scraps.  Just cut the fabric, back it with heavy weight interfacing and top stitch all around, instant patch!

Both bags are nice. I really like the style of the first bag, neat handle design. What size is the first bag?

What size is the first bag?

It's 18" top to bottom, 11" across, 4"deep and the circular openings are 5.5" around.
