Ok, so the only credit I can take for this, is that I supplied the materials, Popsicle sticks, a 26 oz plastic coffee can, and oxygen tubing, paint, and I cut the hole.  My 7 yo GDG put it all together.  A birdhouse.

Has anyone else looked at this photo, completely overlooked the chain that the birdhouse is hanging from, and thought they were looking at a gigantic barrel under a tree... just me then?  Well, ahem, um...

It's a great birdhouse - hope some birds move in soon!

Craftsers are awesome! Even when we make something like a macaroni necklace, we do it up right and make it a "cluster of grapes" macaroni necklace.  Cheesy

Yea, I thought it was a giant barrel on the ground and I was wondering how she made that thing out of popsicle sticks.

I missed the chain too! I was wondering who had the patience to cover an entire barrell with popsicle sticks?!!
Thanks jloveg! I was digging around in the dirt when my parents came over to baby sit and they couldn't figure out why I wanted a rock to please the craft gods.
