I sewed this dress way back last summer.  I've lost quite a bit of weight since then and even though I took the dress in, it still didn't look quite right.  So I gave it to my friend who loves it.  I'm glad it has a good home now instead of hanging in the back of my closet.  Here is a picture of her wearing it:



The pattern used was Simplicity 4470 if anyone is interested.

OOO, I want to make a dress like that! I think I'd do mine in army green though, I own too much black already *lol* You did such an awsome job, I hope mine turns out half as well.

It's kind of hard to tell from the picture.  They are hanging on the side where the second zipper is.
