I have an unhealthy obsession with playing cards, but I've never thought about making my own. This is such an awesome idea, and they look fantastic and well made.

You could also use the linocuts to stencil onto t-shirts and bags too, or maybe that's just the obsession talking... Grin

oh yay, another person obsessed with playing cards!!  i'm not alone!  yes, i want to make throw pillows and such.  would you be interested in such goodies?

and thanks for all the nice words, truly ... i'm pleased with the outcome and i'm glad others like them too!

Definately interested, they're such great prints!

I have a good collection of odd abandoned cards I've collected from all over, when I see them in the street I pounce on them! I've collected them since 1995 and so far I've been lucky enough not to have any doubled up! I'm like a mad woman combing the streets! Grin

Yeah, I feel for the poor sod who doesn't realise there's one missing and is still playing with them! Why always just one though?!

I've found them on roads, in bushes, in a field at glastonbury, on a train...I've even got one a friend gave to me when they were decorating as it was found in one of the beams of their house!

It's all very strange! Cheesy

I love that you made a Euchre deck for the U of Iowa because, in my experience, no one outside of the Midwest knows what Euchre is. I've asked a lot of people, and all I get are blank stares.
