list and will not allow those members to participate: YES

Organizer meets the 4 conditions for swapping and will make sure that every participant meets these conditions: YES
Details of swap:
We will be doing   recipe swaps about every month.  Each new swap will have a new theme.  Chicken, Beef , Pasta, Dessert, etc.. You will send three recipes for the selected genre.  The craft part to this  will be decorating the card.  YOU WILL NOT SEND RECIPES OUT  ELECTRONICALLY.  All cards must be on a large index card, They are 5x8 in size. The large index cards are so everything is uniform from one swap to the next. When you send out the recipes cards make sure your crafts name and state is in the corner.. you know.. From the Kitchen of... I think it gives it that retro flare. ( and Yes, you can just cut out a card from CARDSTOCK, as long as it is the same size)

When we hit all the areas of recipes we will do a swap to make a holder for them.  I guess this is on going but I will start a new swap each month to keep things straight.  That way if you don't want to sign up or you want to sit out a month you can and others can join in.

So, basically three decorated Recipe cards (with recipes) on a large index card

A  side note: I seem to have forgotton that getting a DC# is costly postage wise so I changed this to:
If your card doesn't arrive within one week of "send date"   you will be required to resend the recipes (Thank you Stifflersmom)

there was an odd number of swappers and a couple of you are vegan and near vegan since I have recipes for that (I used to be near vegan) then I signed on for that one, too.  You don't have to send cards to me.  I just wanted to be fair to you.

This sounds great!  However I'm not sure I understand how it works.  Is this sign up just for one month and one recipe genre (ie.  April Veggie!)  or sign up to be involved ever month with a different theme?  Sorry to be dense.  if there are Theme months it would be kind of fun to do it Iron Chef style and just have a secret ingredient which has to be in the dish.  That way you might get a wider variety of choices since the chosen ingredient could be in many different kinds of foods, or a general ingredient such as "beans".  Also that would leave every month open to participation by both veggie and carnivore folks, because "bell pepper" could obviously end up in any kind of recipe, salad, meaty, main course, etc.

Sorry for not getting it, but I think I want to sign up anyway!

To answer your question..  This would be in themes.

Round One Deserts
Round Two Veggie
Round Three Beef..etc.. (and I'm not saying this is the order it will be it's JUST an example)

You would be automatically signed up for the second round by me but I would have to have sign-ups so that new people could join if they wanted.  If you didn't want to sign up for the next round you would just PM me and tell me to take you off the list.

They do have 5x8 cards that are bigger then your standred index cards.  The bigger ones are nicer because then you will have more space to write on and they are easier to read.

OK one final question - would it be possible to opt in and out?  Like if a vegetarian like myself wanted to skip the beef round for example?

thanks!
