I claim nushybum and will send her some fabrics to make totes!   Wink

This is my first wish-- I am in Massachusetts (USA)

- I could seriously use a knitting needle/crochet hook roll -- mine are all over the place!  I really love some of the corderoy ones that I have seen made-- any color would be fine by me.  (bright and funky is always appreciated)

- Anything felted!  Soap, beads, a figurine, bag-- anything you can make.  I really love all of the felting things I have seen on craftster!

- A spring pocketbook/clutch or pouch.  I'd love something to get me out of my winter doldrums!

- Armwarmers/fingerless gloves.  The office I work in is often kept at meat-freezer temperatures-- I'm cold!

- A panta -- I'm pretty sure I'm the only person on craftster who is panta-less

- A handmade journal/photo album

- Shrinky dink paper!  I can't seem to find it anywhere!  (thus I am also shrinky-dink-less...)   Thank you noodleprincess!

- A certain black furball (or fur sphere, to be politically correct) that I live with (the real Sonja!) has requested that if anyone would like to make her catnip toys or any kitty accessories, she would purr endlessly and would love you forever!  She might even do her little dance of joy!

- Address labels -- these would make life so much easier

- A surprise!

- I would absolutely love it if you could make an amigurumi kiwi bird!

A little about moi~
I am 27, married (almost a year now!) and proud mother of my cat, Sonja.  (mild obsession, I realize.)  I love crafting, art, writing, reading, and anything creative.  My favorite color is red, but I love purples, greens, blues, oranges-- any bright color, really.  I do stained glass work in my free time.

Thanks so much for considering crafting for me! Cheesy

This is my first pick on this round.

1. anything spookbot -ish  http://spookbot.com/green/index.html

2. a hedgehog pin cushion http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=41629.0

4. a hardware flower brooch or barrettes  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=66856.0

5. a picture or a purse decorated with mardi gras beads http://boards.hgtv.com/groupee/forums/a/tpc/f/1004031632/m/1601018142/r/1601018142

6. resin bracelet or pendant http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=33776.0

I will send Stifflersmom some mittens! Even though it's finally getting warmer!  Wink

Here's my list, it's a long one for your choosing pleasure! I keep getting ideas from other posts!

Hallowig from Knitty (!) http://knitty.com/ISSUEfall04/PATThallowig.html. I LOVE the Hallowig! (I love wigs, so it's a natural!) (I have a big head btw) (on full view to the left, LOL)

A baby Yoda hat for my nephew (who was born March 16 and is the cutest thing I've ever seen!!)

A bright colored toddler sized Hallowig for my friend's baby, because it would cause my friend to laugh herself senseless. And she'd make the baby wear it, too. (we are both crazy about wigs and have endless wig related in-jokes)

Glamour Cuffs: https://sslrelay.com/www.s109799752.oneandoneshop.co.uk/sess/utn1543d7ae628fe80/shopdata/index.shopscript

Or any knit arm warmers with thumb gusset

A kimono fabric hobo bag like this http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=56519.0 (I am in LOVE with the indigo/orange one!)

Or the necktie schoolbag (I love the burgundy/black/grey/paisley colored one but any colors will work) http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=45985.0;topicseen

I am REALLY trying to lose weight and get more healthy..so some kind of motivational package, maybe a cd with upbeat, good self esteem and workout music, magnetic food pyramid, a shrine, gym bag, xl or xxl tshirt, or any kind of motivational thing you can think of to help me stay positive and focused on my quest for better health!

A cute craftster sticker for my car. I LOVE the green oval sticker but I like the "she's crafty and she's just my type" or "crafty like ice is cold" slogans. If someone grants this wish I'll donate $3 to craftster, since I wanted to buy one but I wasn't quite satisfied with the available styles. My car is dark green!

Some kind of jewelry roll/organizer thingie for traveling, that will keep my bling from getting tangled!

On a similar note, some kind of pouch to keep  14" human hair clip on extensions dust free and tangle free. I am picturing some kind of silky hanging flat pouch with a cord at one end to clip them on, maybe? Any great ideas out there?

This is a long shot...but I love it and I'd have no idea how to begin to make one...pmc crane necklace: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72997.msg686245;topicseen

A how-to kit for one of the crafts I want to learn: bookbinding, knitting, pmc, resin

A cool tote for carrying my uncool uniform to my part time job as a museum gallery guard

A cool/funky mixed paper journal to use as a swap journal. I love the ones made from books and record covers!

I've been really into bird stuff lately, especially swallows. So... something with a bird/swallow/tattoo swallow/bird with cherry blossoms motif? Hmmm....

Day of the Dead shrine or figure of a librarian. It would be extra sweet if she was working with slides or art books!

A sturdy bag of some sort to carry my desk-size daytimer to meetings in, with a short handle. It's 8x11" and 2" deep. (think laptop bag but smaller for a daytimer/filofax/franklin planner) I'd especially love an appliqued or stencilled one, with ANY of the many motifs I've swooned over in these swaps: fawns, owls, swallows, trees, birds, crows, etc. OR a vintage library-related image would be awesome as well (you'd be my hero forever if it had an image of an old fashioned slide viewer! ) Even though I LOVE the edgier side of craftster, it'll be coming to meetings with my department chair etc, so for a change no skulls, pinups, sacred hearts and so on, please.      Ooh, an outside zip pocket for pens & lipgloss would rock! I love love love the recently posted "click clack" typewriter themed laptop sleeve set, and knottiedotty's crow, so something in those styles would be amazing, but something simpler is A-OK too! Ok, I'm done!   Woo Hoo! I'm a lucky girl! THANKS Knottydottie!

Some kind of crafty surprise! You can get ideas from my posts or my "wists"!

I have to repay you for all those fabulous ponytail ties!  So I will make Batgirl a sturdy bag of some sort for her organizer, with a stencil motif of some sort or another  Wink

This is my first pick.  (i'm in portland, oregon)

My Wishes:

1......a clutch like this one:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24610.0 or this one by jasfitz: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=79785.0

2......an earring holder similar to this: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=75714.0

3......a pendant like this with a cherry blossom/japanese theme: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=35012.0

4......a pillowcase embroidered with your state or country as the theme!  (starting a collection...my grandma had little spoons....i'll have my pillowcases!)

5......a choker similar to this: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=72555.0  (doesn't have to be exact, i just love the overall style)

6......a cuff like this: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=69977.0 (no pastels or pink though)

7......a crocheted necklace like this: http://www.crochetme.com/Feb_Mar_2005/patt_lasso_necklace.html  (maybe to look like a vine with flowers, or a branch?)

8......crocheted earrings: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=81254.0

9......fingerless mitts with thumb gusset!  (i got a sweet striped pair from TheBon and now i'm addicted!)

10....a black scarf, sewn, knitted, crocheted, whatever!  if it had a little detail at the end of it, of any of my below likes that would be an added bonus!

me:
i am 30, married, no kids, an editorial photographer, and artsy nut.  i love all things homemade and all things with an indie, kitschy, underground vibe.  i'm not fond of pink, purple or pastels or anything too girlie or punk/goth.  lately i really like japanese art and crafts, and cherry blossom motifs.  also, birds, trees, typewriters, maps, and vintage designs.  I tend towards a minimalist style, i wear lots of black, and add color and sauciness (is that a word?) with accessories.  feel free to PM me with questions!
