I signed up for this one.  Maybe we'll get lucky and there will be enough intrest for it to repeat.

I'm optimistic... and this is my first swap...  (crosses fingers and goes back to waiting)

Well, I'm sure signing up for this . . . though given that I'm not in the US and thus have no idea what a DC number is, I have no idea how that will afect me . . . Though it says non-US participants are allowed, so I ought to be okay, yes?

I'll send along my sign-up info in a couple of hours.

DC is delivery confirmation.  It lets folks, here in the US at least, track their packages from where they were mailed to where they are delivered and at the transfer points in between.  It acts as proof that yes you did really mail things rather than just *saying* you mailed things.  Most folks would never lie about that sort of thing, but there are flakers out there.

If you are out of the US you don't have to get a DC but you MUST save your receipt. If your package gets lotst I will need it scanned and sent to me as proof that you shipped.

Oh, that's no problem then. I'll get insurance on it in order to get a tracking number. That's no big deal at all.

Confusion aborted!
