i recently got an ice cream maker (hooray!) and i'm looking for containers (pints and larger, preferable reusable) for the tons of ice cream and other goodies i'm planning on making.

recommendations for kitchen supply sites or real stores would be great!

ice cream, sherbet, sorbet recipes too!

Why not just plastic containers? Or, pyrex if you've an aversion to plastic? But, I wouldn't go crazy quite yet. It seems like exciting fun when you get a new gadget, but after the initial exictement wears off, you'll be stuck with a bunch of containers. Go easy at first!

I bought some reusable containers from the supermarket that might be just thing you're after.  They're sturdy, but cheap and you get about three in a pack.  I got them in the foil and clingwrap aisle.

http://www.thesage.com/catalog/UniqueItems.html - All the way at the bottom they offer ice cream pails. Not sure if they are reusable or not... Hope this helps!
