I hope this is the right forum since m not sure which does this belong to.

I have chronicle wrist pain but sometimes have problem finding a wrist protection thats the right fit and just enough stiffness. I made this one using stiff elastic band. It took about 10 minutes and 25 cents to make one. It keeps me warm and the stiffness of the elastic protects my wrist. My wrist feels better after wearing it for a week. Maybe Ill make my husband one too

My wrist acts up sometimes too.
I might make something like this for when i have to work on my computer a lot (like, always..).
