I have some swaps that are listed on my profile as "In Progress" and I've tried to contact the organizers to change it... but they've either disappeared or simply didn't do it!! I want the swaps to be finished... I finished them!!! Smiley

This is sort of a tricky area because if mods changed it, they would be taking on faith that we finished the swaps.

Anybody else having this problem?

I had this problem as well. In fact everyone who was involved in this particular swap. I ended up contacting Leah as I didn't know who else to address. After a little discussion about what happened she changed our feedback to positive.

I have a bunch of vintage linens for trade. Looking for neat halloween fabrics, day of the dead stuff, star wars stuff.

If you need feedback updated and cannot reach the organizer.  PM a swap mod and --If you have a pm from a partner saying they recieved or if they have posted about receiving your package in either the gallery or swap thread, you can  send a copy or a link to the post to the mod in your pm.  That way the mod has immediate proof and won't need to go searching for it.  The mod can comfortably and quickly get your feedback updated.

What should we do if the organizer stops updating things? The partners sent/received info hasn't been updated in over 2 weeks and the organizer hasn't been on in nearly that long. I understand being busy but those of us who have sent/received need feedback for other swaps. What's the best way to get help for this?

Contact a swap mod or open a help desk ticket.

Same thing happened in a swap I was in a couple of months ago - the organizer flaked, but the mods fixed everyone's feedback.

Thanks, TheCraftyCat, that's exactly what needs to be done.  Smiley
