I've been making these star pins for about a week and they seem to be more popular than flower pins in my group of friends... As soon as one of my friends saw them, she bought one! They are simple, but sometimes, less is more.

And when I saw this yarn I had to buy it, although the picture does not show the true colors, you can still get an idea. It's just a simple dc scarf with fringe. Its really more of a chocolatey brown and a deep yet vibrant reddish pink, theres also hints of burgandy, and tan where the colors start to blend together.

cute!  I love the stars!  the other day I was winging it on designing a new flower, and instead I made a star, and I was like, "well this is cute too!" but of course I didn't write down what I'd done so now I'll have to recreate it all over again!
