I made this skirt from a burda pattern. It's a simple a-linish skirt with a pointed bottom. It closes with an invisible zipper on the side.[/td][/tr][/table]

OH WOW!!! i love it! i love the material! and the design! i really wanna make it!! could you do a tutorial? or give me any tips and that, ive never even made my own clothes so i dont know where to start!  Grin your skirt is beautiful though!!

Failing that, could you let us know which pattern you used and where you got the material (that's one of the nicer materials for skirts I've seen in ages!)

I used a Burda pattern but I can't find it, I'll look for it. Roll Eyes
It's fairley easy to make tough, just take an a-line skirt pattern and modify the hem (look at the drawing in my first post) and cut it on the bias.
The fabric is from my local fabric store, Fabricville, wich is a store chain here in Quebec. It was from the new spring collection.
