Bias tape clippings: Has anyone done this?

Has anyone here ever sent in the 3 labels and $4 for the "generous bag of clippings" advertised on the labels? I've got three and I'm debating whether it's actually worth it. Are they all less than 3 inches long or is it actually a good deal?

oh my gosh, i did that a lot when i was a little girl, i got all kinds of things for doll clothes!

some of the pieces are long enough to bind an adult neckline or cuffs, some are only long enough for a small craft, but i always enjoyed getting the bag of goodies!
