I'm looking for small plastic hoops/rings that are similar to jump rings except that they're plastic.
I need them to string a bunch of cards together.
Anyone know where  can get some?

Would plastic shower curtain hooks work? Just a thought. d Smiley

How small do they need to be? I've used cheap plastic stitch markers before crafts other than knitting. You can find them where they sell knitting needles. Here's what they look like, you can get them in hard plastic, too:

They're pretty small, less than 1" across usually. HTH!

depending on how small you are looking for- you can get small plastic rings in the notions section at fabric stores like JoAnn's. I am not sure what they are supposed to be used for. I use them for a ton of things! They are white and way smaller than shower curtain rings. I have some that are 1/4" diameter.

But that is not quite as small as a jump ring- so not sure if that is small enough or not.

Wal-Mart has white plastic rings various sizes in different packages back in the arts and crafts section in the knitting section below the knitting needles. They are way cheap too. From what you are describing I think this might be exactly what you are looking for. Hope that helps.
