The chocolate linen zipper pouch makes me hungry. I've always had a soft spot for chocolate (one of my college admission essays revolved around choc even) and that purse is just tres tres adorable!

Whiskey pm'd me, she has been sick, so can't go chocolate crazy.  I'll post my pics.
First, the actual chocolate. I made these, just Hershey's kisses on pretzels, stick in a 350 oven for about 3 min, then smoosh a m&m in it, simple but I love the salt and sweet together.

This pic is kinda dark, but in the box is 3 gourmet chocolates, different flavors, in front of box is ch.ch. chip cookies from the local pizza place, which my neighbors happen to own, in front of them is raspberry fudge made in Kansas.  To the left is a bag of ch. covered sunflower seeds, I had never tried them till now myself, there isn't enough ch. on them, but are still good.  Then 2 bags of my pretzel kisses. To the right is a big pretzel stick covered in ch. with some sunflower seeds, they called it a Kansas log...then another 2 bags of pretzel kisses.

These little guys are supposed to look like dark and milk chocolate pieces...by the time I was done with them I couldn't tell what they looked like.  They are magnets.

When I saw the ch. swap on the ideas board I knew I had to join and I knew this cross stitch pattern had been waiting in my stash for just this moment.

I finally settled on appliqueing it onto a tote bag.

Then I just could not leave the back blank, so....

Sorry that pic is dark, but did you see the awesome fabric I found?  It has all different kinds of ch. pieces. I absolutely love this fabric.  The lining is done in it too.  I also managed to make a zippered pocket on the inside, makes me think I might be able to do a purse.

And then, just because I hadn't used enough of the fabric I made a lined zippered pouch out of it!

Sorry this is so pic heavy, I just had to show off!
Whiskey says she absolutely adores the tote, and I have to admit, so do I!
Thanks for organizing classycrafter, I had loads of fun.

Thanks delayes_echo, glad you like them, that fabric is wonderful, isn't it? I'll admit, I had a hard time shipping that tote, I liked it so much! Wink

Yes I can see why you like it so much. Smiley. I haven't seen fabric/purse like that anywhere. What's great about it is that it's good for a chocolate fix but it's calorie free (My reason for justifying buynig stuff like chocolate fragrance lotions and soaps and cards with images of chocolate on them - of course sometimes it makes me crave it all the more). Why don't you make another purse for yourself then? It's too cute not to have one for yourself. Wink

Somehow it seems like so much more work to make it just for me. Roll Eyes  Plus, it seems like I'm so busy making stuff for swaps to do anything else. (so addictive)  If it isn't swaps it's birthday presents, etc, etc.  So maybe someday....
I so want chocolate smelling soaps like someone sent out, that would be so awesome.

Then you need to swap with ecstasia, soapmaker extraordinaire. I got the coolest, most delicious-smelling chocolate soaps from her in the Chocolate Swap.
