I have no idea how feasible this is, but having separate threads for chatting and for patterns would certainly help out a lot. Of course, I do realize that by posting this bit of chatter here, I'm negating my own idea.  Grin

And I don't know if this is helpful or not, but all the patterns I've added can be found at www.BeesKneesActivities.com. (And I promise to add more really soon! I've just been super-swamped with lots of good things these past few months.)

Thanks for making it more accessible, I really appreciate it...I'm really enjoying browsing through everything now.  Kittykill, how do you report a broken link?
*edit*
Ok I think I figured it out? Does that mean clicking "Report to Moderator" at the bottom of the post?  I always viewed that as being only for inappropriate content or abusive posts....it never occurred to me to report a broken link that way.  If you click report to moderator, can you enter the reason that you are reporting it?

Yep-just hit the report to moderator and put "broken link" in the subject line-that way if I can't get to it right away, another global moderator will or we can try to fix it.  Cheesy

Thanks for all the ideas too!

What about the outline of a Sailor Jerry or tattoo flash art? Do you have Sublime Stitchings Pin up and Panthers? That might work. Also, Sew Lovely has some AWESOME pin up girls. Maybe check them out?

Sorry I'm not of much help, but the best I managed to find was this

Depending on how good your eyes are, you might be able to chart from it! Not sure if it's a tad big though...

Hi I'm trying  to hunt down 70s retro patterns...those crewel patterns, the hippie style stuff  anything ...even cross stitch
I really love the Jacobean patterns and how they were simplified for novices in the 1970s not to mention all the folkart inspired stuff.
Im a member of hoop love, I hunt thrift stores and the like but I thought I ask here just in case  the hivemind has some thoughts or images to share
thank you

Dollbecky- I've found a number of those kind of patterns in older copies of Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Gift Book, or something like that.  I have one in the other room, would just need to excavate it.   In our library and half-priced books, they aren't put with embroidery, but rather with general craft books and get overlooked.
