I don't know where you're located, but Hobby craft has tons of kits with tiny little Christmas cross knit patterns.  I got one last year after Christmas because it was on sale for 50p or so.  That's in the UK.

Hi there,
I'm planning on making new christmas stockings for the 'kids' in the family this year, with cross stitched cuffs with Names and little images.
Does anyone know of anywhere I cound find a nice font (a pretty script would be nice, but can be flexible) with the letters about 20 stitches high? all the ones Ive found are 10 or less.
Thanks.

I'm just wondering if anybody has any information on where I might be able to find small (maybe 2"x2") Christmas related cross stitch patterns.  I want to make little cross stitch magnets to go on the front of the cards I'm making to go along with the gift baskets I'm doing!

I'm also curious if someone has a quick tutorial on how to fray the edges of the cross stitch to give it a fray finish/nice border, but how to keep it from unravelling more then I want it to.  Any help would be awesome! Cheesy

This site has a bunch of holiday patterns, most quite small http://www.jessica-tromp.nl/embroiderycrossstitchfreepatternschristmaschildrencross-stitchgraphs.htm

And here is another cutie http://www.needlework-tips-and-techniques.com/christmas-cross-stitch.html

1.  it's not a pattern, but I don't have a pattern maker
2.  it's a sawed off shotgun, but with PSP or something, I'm sure the barrels could be extended

I hope it helps some.  Undecided

Cool-I'll check it out! Thanks! You would think there would be some hunting cross stitch somewhere.  Tongue

I found a finished work with dueling pistols. The pistol looks like it wouldn't be too hard to convert it into a shotgun.
