These were made to order for my boss, they are about 6" x 4". One for his daughter and the other two for his neices!

This one I sold to a friend in Texas!

And this one, my friend sent me the fabric and I have made her this bag, one other and about to make a large tote with what's left!

And yes, they're all Jordy's Wink Mini Ladybug Jordy, Denim Allsort Jordy and the Rose Jordy (Cos that's my friends name who the bag is for LOL)

Kim, how did you add the striped material. Is it topstiched down? IS there a fancy folding technique invovled? Thanks. The bags are super cute, by the way. What a lucky boss, and by extension daughter and nieces of, you have.

Ms. Snazzypants hi! Smiley The only technique I use to make those bags is the Jordy Technique...hmm maybe we should trademark that Jordy eh? hehehe Grin
Check out Jordy's most excellent tutorial in this forum under the title Square Bottomed Lined Bag Tutorial or something to that effect...I should have gotton the url for it...anyyyyyway, that's the only thing I used, and I just sewed on the tabs to "close" the mini bags.

Really, really simple.

And thanks for the feedback Smiley

Thanks Joyseohine, it's a strech cotton material they call cargo, it isnt thick or anything though, so it's good for bags, I just use iron on interfacing on it, and voila!

Thanks for your comments Cheesy

Thanks alot Cheesy

I actually got the ladybug fabric from a lady on eBay! I just check out the fabric and the fat quarters sections and sometimes you can get some good bargains on some really cool fabrics. Otherwise check out the kids section at your local fabric stores.

Thanks again Smiley
