So I realize that winter is coming to an end but I just had to make this.  It is well over 6 feet long so it is perfect for wrapping.  BTW I hate that picture of me.  I would like to thank my husband for the back shot of my head...for without him it would not exist. Smiley

LOL, harf.. I want one of those! That's such a great idea, I love two-in-one things. BTW, I like that picture of you, you look all snuggly in your harf!

Hey, you know, thats actually a pretty cool idea... with the shaping for the hat bit... plus now you shall never displace your hat (and as I know all too well, it is hard to lose a scarf)

I also like the dark grey, light grey combo... Smiley

The hat was a bit pointy at the end so I knitted a half circle and cut out the pointy part.  There probably was a better way of going about it but I was getting impatient and wanted to be able to wear it before all of winter was gone. lol Smiley  I should have mentioned that I actually made this on a knifty knitter.  My husband brought them for me for Valentines Day and wanted to try it out.  But I could have just as easily made it by needle knitting.

I found the idea at ...

I couple of things though if you are going to knit using needles...Make sure that you cast on quite a few stitches.  You need it to be wide to make the fold over.  And second I would definitely stick to making it with two strands of yarn at once because it made it nice a thick. Smiley  Finally I would knit it longer then 75 inches, I thought it made it look nicer but thats just me.  I think I am going to try it without the knifty knitter next time.
