Last night I had a craving for Coffee Ice Cream and since I just bought a new ice cream maker, I gave it a shot. On a whim I cut up some dark chocolate covered toffee squares and threw them in. Man was it tasty!

Here's the recipe.

You can substitute anything for the toffee. I just happened to have it on hand....

I was JUST telling someone, hand cranking sucks. That's why I gave in and bought this one. Just turn it on, and it's overwith.

If vegan means no egg or milk, I made some awesome Lemon Sorbet. I have to get that up on my website, give me time....

yeah, but i have no reason to spend money on the real ice cream maker... i'm never home (college, rah) and the co-op i eat in at school doesn't have a freezer.

AND... umm... you know, maybe it's good exercise? haha.

Yeah that's true. Anyway - use the recipe on your hand crank-er. It'll still work. Cheesy
