I am the huge loser who recieved my AWESOME swap package from Tamar last week but who has not yet posted pictures.  I promise to do it just as soon as I find the charger for my digital camera.

Let's just say that Fred and Ginger came back from the Netherlands with actual wooden shoes (and a whole box of goodies)!

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to post the pictures of Tamar's wonderful swap package.  I couldn't find the cable to connect my digital camera anywhere; it turns out I had taken it to work because it looks almost exactly like the cable to my Blackberry.  Just another way that handheld email is ruining the world...

Fred and Ginger came back in adorable matching knit hats and scarves with capes made from the flag of the Netherlands and little wooden shoes!

Their scrapbook was amazing!  It had pages that folded out

and pockets for extra things.

Tamar's students wrote me letters that she included in the scrapbook.  This is one of my favorites:

There was also a CD with extra pictures and movies.

Fred and Ginger even brought back a scarf!  (graciously modeled by Austin, the world's laziest dog)

The box also contained a children's book about monkeys, a tourist guide to Amsterdam, a postcard, some chocolates, some candy sprinkles for bread, a wooden shoes magnet, a jar of real sand and seashells from the beach, and a little delft tile!  Here is the whole package (minus scarf, which was already in my closet Smiley )

THANK YOU, TAMAR!!!!!
