Knitty's Coronet with a Twist

I saw this first done on http://dirtypurls.blogspot.com/ Tara's blog. So I used some color your own yarn from Knit Picks, and the bill was added using the directions from the Cabled Newsboy Cap. Which can be found in Stitch n Bitch Nation. Here it is. Instant gratification.

The top which I love because it's very clean. It almost looks like a little star on top.

I never really liked Coronet, but it's so cute with the bill on it!  I love the colors you picked, too.  great job!

that's a grrrreat idea!!! thank you for posting it here!! i'd actually been considering adding a bill to knitty's tychus (http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer05/PATTtychus.html), but forgot about it in the excitement of having found some other great bakerboy pattern:) now i wanna try to do that again!
