Hi! I wonder if anyone knoes how to makethis fleece boa: http://abbeylanestitchery.pursuit-zone.com/   It's a little different that the fringed ones. It's very LOOPY  ...

it looks like it's just fringe that's sewn into little loops. it's really cool looking!

Fold 24"x 48" ? material into three long ways - like folding a letter - sew down the middle  - snip folded ends close to but not through middle - boa will a utomatically twist.

I just looked at the pics of the scarves again. What it looks like they have done is flip each loop out (after they have been cut) to make it extra curly.

It also looks like they are sewing down the edges in the middle so that all the fringe are loops. So you might want to make them a bit wider.
