haha, i was wondering if it worked too!!
i would love a second round of this swap!! i'll work harder to fill my tin with goodies like everyone else Smiley
i really like that one word idea, but my question would be.. am i allowed to pm my partner? i think polkadotgraffiti will tell you that i kept asking her all sorts of questions until i could figure out which theme/what to do.

That would be up to the organizers, of course, but I would vote that no, no questions are allowed!  It would force us to rely on our own interpretations, but it could result in some remarkable ways of looking at a word (and a tin!).

I'd love to do that variation.   I think what it'd be is that you'd have two partners, (A) the one who gets the tin, and (B) the one who makes a tin for (A) as well as you.  So you wouldn't have to pm (A), you'd pm (B) to discuss which theme you'd like to do together, because you'd have to agree on the same one.  So in that way, (A) can still give five options, but both you and (B) do the same one, pm-ing each other to figure out which one you'll both do.   In fact, I also think that you shouldn't be allowed to pm (A), but you'd really have to pm (B) to agree on a theme.  Whew, that was confusing.

I just received a wonderful RELAX tin from tantrum - it is so darn creative I can't believe it.  It had a tin and the black and white disk spins!  Yep!  Amazing.

That is so cool - love it - thanks for posting a pic!

I love the Relax tin!  Very clever.  Ain't we all da bomb!  (Could a theme be two words?  I'm likin' da bomb!)

Maybe articles (a, an, the) wouldn't count so things like "da" could go in the article category and "da bomb" could still be used.

Truthfully, all this "what if we did this" type speculation has been fun but I really loved the idea for this swap as is!  This has been a lot of fun both on the crafting end and the viewing end.  Thanks rackycoo and Stifflersmom!

You are so sweet, Ginga!

The original plan was a short, sweet, (or quick & dirty, if you prefer) swap similar to the OTTs.
You guys could totally do a whole different type of altoid swap. Go for it!
I'm thinking Rackycoo & I will stick to the same format. (I'm walking out on a limb here and speaking for my partner. Eek)
