I love it too!  Cannot believe that was done with a pillowcase, or that it was done in 20 mins.  I especially love the v-neck and the neckline in the back (kinda looks boat-neck in the back)

a) i can surely port my best attempt at a tutorial soon, though i made up the pattern as i went along and so there is no paper one.
b) and yes, it was a pretty giant pillowcase, but the dress could be made easily with two small ones (matching or unmatching). I have many more ideas for such dresses.

thank you all so much for looking. I will make a tutorial for this.

I love that dress! I'm looking forward to the tut. Looks like I'll have another excuse to add to my growing stash of pillowcases  Grin

The dress is HOT HOT HOT! I see that selling in a boutique for $50 minimum. I love it, can't wait for a tutorial!

Highly awesome.  I made a pillowcase dress for Halloween one year and I looked like, well, a person wearing a pillowcase.  But I've got a flowery thrift store one just begging to be made into something...
