Oh man. I received from sewpixie today. My swap anxiety has changed to feelings of swap inadequacy. She should go into business selling knitting bags because she made me the perfect, PERFECT, knitting bag. I also got super comfy pj pants and a gorgeous circle skirt but my camera batteries crapped out before I got pics. Action shots of those soon to come.
Here's the bag, and the cute knitting note cards and crafty girl mints. You can get a tiny peek of the pj pants in the bottom of the second pic. Yes, I'm wearing them at 5:30 this afternoon because they are that comfy.

Here's the inside. In addition to the pockets on the front there are two zipper pockets inside! Plenty of room for needles and yarn and pattern books. Sewpixie you rock!

I adore the fabric of all the things she made, but the bag's fabric takes the cake. I love the fabric.

Oooh what lovely stuff, sewpixie! I love the fabric on the bag too, it's so sassy.
I'm so glad my cleo made it there ok and fits--unfortunately my pre-sending pictures turned out awful as well. Le sigh.

Fadeawaydream made me this gorgeous tote:

I had originally asked her to make me a shower bag, but when I saw the tote I knew it would be perfect for my knitting bag!  As you might be able to tell from the pictures, I have crafty junk everywhere and it's a source of friction...  so this big tote is just perfect.  I struck a deal with my boyfriend right there so that he won't complain about the crafty stuff again as long as it all stays/fits in the tote.  Thanks for making me such a big tote fadeawaydream!  The seam work is beautiful and I love the plaid.  And the denim fits right in with our colors.

Thanks!
Geobabe

I'm glad you like it, Geobabe! Isn't the tote huge? Good thing you have lots of crafty things to put in there! Here's the beautiful lacey scarf Geobabe knitted for me:

An attempt at an action shot:

Thanks again, Geobabe!
