I made this image of my sister's mutt, Roosevelt, using a scanned picture and MS Paint (actually filling colors in with paint bucket, rather than manipulating color values with Photoshop) many many years ago. I finally got around to finding a use for the image-- simple notecards!

When I first say the title I read it as
