I saw this idea at shower a few months ago and could not wait to try it myself.
Pick up a laundry basket of some kind...any basket will do, the size will depend on what you put inside it. Buy packages of baby things like bibs, diapers, booties, maybe an outfit or two. Open the packages and attach the items to a rope with cloths pins. Once everyting is on the line, coil it into the basket. When the new mom opens the gift, she will get to pull out a cloth line full of baby goodies. I attached the gift card to the start of the line.
This is super cute and gets lots of oohhhs and ahhhs
