How does one classify a "medium" or "large" size package or item?

Well, if I'm making stuff I might consider a purse or bag a large item and maybe a small stuffie or cozie a small item.

I figure something I can't make easily, something more involved, as a large item.

And something I can make pretty quickly maybe a day or two as a small item, but that's just me.

Would multiple small-ish items constitute a medium/large  item?

I think that people have done that in the past...I'm sure that would be fine...patners could probably work things out.
