So I've been working on Amigurumis for a while now, and the stitching on the back never looks as nice as the front.  I'm very careful about tension and guage and all, but the decreasing circles just don't look as nice.

Any ideas?

Decreasing for me always leaves holes when I just skip the stitch but it covers it up a bit more when you insert the hook into both stitches instead.
If that doesn't help...make it a cape?
