I saw these in Lucky magazine, they cost $359 at modernadornments.com:

So I made these!

(Sorry for the blurry pics, my camera doesn't want to focus on them.)  The originals are 18K gold with mint quartz, whereas mine are 14 K gold-filled with swarovski crystals, but I like 'em!  I made them yesterday to wear to an event last night, and was quite happy with the results.

hey to get those shots of the earrings to be in focus, switch your camera to macro mode. (it should be a button that looks like a flower) it will make smaller objects with fine detail much cleaer. Anytime you do jewelry, keys, or anything else like that you should always use macro mode.

im a camara nerd.... yay

Grrr... my four-year-old camera doesn't have macro mode.  I tried.  But thank you very much for the tip, I will remember it when we upgrade Smiley

Wow, $350 is a tid bit much for earrings. I like yours better, much more economical. The extra $325 can go towards something important like education or a vacation.

The pictures aren't amazing, but they work.
