Details of swap:
This swap was created so that some of our doggie best friends and doggie-luvin' craftsters can enjoy some four-legged craftiness! Craftsters will be paired up, and can craft/send anything from dog-wear to dog-treats to human-dog-themed wear to dog themed snacks etc. Some of the examples given on the discussion were totes, jewelry, decorated journals, boxes,knit toys, sewn toys, notebooks, magnets, blankets, stationary, pillows etc. . .. so there's lots to be swapped!

how many things are we supposed to send? like 1 big thing and 2 small things, or what?

Actually, I kinda was thinking something along those lines, but kinda didn't approach that topic as in the swaps I've been in, it kinda depends on what you and your swap partner agree upon... .  I tried to come to an agreement with my partner on the amount/things that we'd send, so that between us, no one would feel like they gave too much/little. Anyone else have suggestions on this part?

I will probably sign up for this, but I'm going to wait and see, too--see how time looks for March.  But Pisco's very excited!

I am very excited too.  Bono (my black lab) feels neglected since the baby came.  Though I still take him out for cheeseburgers every Friday he doesn't get walked as much (it's winter and he's a dragger so I cant take the baby and handle him)..


He would like to get a bit o'mail...

Oh and on the amount..Maybe it should go by breed size.  See my dog is big and I would prefer a smaller dog to swap with simply because there isn't anyway on this earth mine is gonna wear a sweater (etc) and I have a great book on dog crafts (yes,  I do,  isn't that funny?)..

Hi everyone!
We've got a newbie that just joined us on Craftster, and would like to join our swap. .. . 1 problem. .. her 1-month ends on Feb. 29th, and she'd really like to have a go on this one. . .. does anyone object to having the signup period end on the 29th/30th to accomodate her? .. .. sendout date would still be the same. .. .

I think that would be totally fine.  Except that it would be March 1-2.  As for amt., seems like 1 big and 2 small is fine, or mutual agreement with your partner.  Maybe the latter would be even better, since everyone's time, money, passion is a little different.
