I guess gallery is the right word...Cheesy

Anyway, i've been lamenting over what to stencil on my mesenger bag for a little while now, and yesterday at school i saw the back of my friend Sarah's bag, she'd stencilled the word 'sunshine' on it. There was nothing particularly special about the stencil or her bag...(Plain old brown almost sacking type material mesenger bag and an undersprayed cursive font)...But nevertheless i found myself wondering how many other words there were out there that I had never even considered before....who knew sunshine could look so awesome?

So, my idea is this: We have a thread where we post words or lyrics or phrases or anything really that looks cool written (you could even specify a font if you so desire!) that you would have on a tee or a bag or pants or necklance or w.h.y

I'll start...

"Strange as angels" - Just like heaven by The Cure
"Soul" - coolest word ever (i love it!) but i'm feeling some soul overkill coming on in the near future!
"Electric Voodoo" I dunno where this came from but i think its kinda rockin' Cheesy
Ill post more later, i just wanted to get everone started Smiley

Stop. ENJOY. -based on a friend's tat

great
Lies
of our times
-great and lies are a bit bigger and bolder than the last line

Weather is good, crowd is big, and the Twinkies are fried. - just to see the peculiar looks it gets

No you are! I like the colour idea! Kind of like some J&A underwear, the waistbands have a couple of colours striped and they say what they are (eg/ black and grey)

this is awesome!

'wild times lay ahead' has always been one of my favorite phrases (its even the name of my blog)

from an old delia's catalogue- 'your love life will be intense and incoherent'

'and the chaos ensues' another good one (haha im a taaad dramatic)

one of my favorite tshirts ever can be found here http://www.queenofevil.com/collection/series2003/index.html. i have the rebel lover icon one and i will wear that thing down to the last thread!

also i really like using simple words with a period after them- makes them more into a statement i think.

and words or phrases in different languages- 'que sera sera' (imagine accents on the a's...) it means 'whatever  will be will be"

ummmm its late as hell and i should have been sleeping hours ago so thats all ive got for now  Smiley

hey yeah i like that song, i especially like the fullstop thing (or a period)...So prior to the soul revolution that is due pretty soon, i could adorn somehting with: "soul."

Me likey...

For some reason i really want to do that with the word cow...please dont analyse ahy, it will only make you weep tears of confusion lol...

First post... felt like putting some cool stuff... Anyway, my favorite band is The Secret Machines, and here are some lyrics from them:

"Like leaves from modern trees / Rest on walls like these"
"'Cause there's something that I'll leave divine..."
"Our lives erased..."
"While sons of fire with trembling hands / Burned heroes to the ground"
"Did you get your heartache and your headrush confused?"
"Collecting fallout from the blast..."
"Blowing all the other kids away..."

Also, I had to include one of my cooky math teacher's infamous phrases:

"Life's a bear. Then you get hugged."

And if you want a ton of funny phrases/thingers, and also really awesome fonts, go to Fontgarden.com. Go to the archives, and browse. It's fun. Thankies!

Ooh! I reckon I can add on to this...

"Untouchable is something to be" Against Me! lyric
"Faith, don't do it." The Big lyric
"Another pint of the pain" Reason 69 lyric

and on to less lyrical stuff... (these are titles I used for journal entries, hah!)
"Perfectly formed for failure"
"See the violence inherent in the system!" Monty Python's Holy Grail

I used to be utterly obsessed with quotes and phrases, but I can't think of any more =(
