What an awesome idea, that beats the snot out of throwing a blanket over the kid.  I think I might have to pass this idea on to my friends!  Cheesy

I can't claim responsibility for the brilliant idea of using crochet to make a nursing cover- I got the idea from a pattern on Crochet me- Just A Little Privacy Wrap (http://www.crochetme.com/Apr_May_2005/patt_privacy_wrap.html).  After making that pattern for one friend, I had the idea of making something that was more narrow in the middle so that it's easier to carry around in a diaper bag.  It's definitely cute enough to just wear, but you may not want to wear it with every outfit every day.  And it doesn't do any good to have this wonderful cover if you don't have it with you when you need it.  I thought it was a brilliant idea, but I tried to sell one like this on eBay twice and got no takers.  Oh well...
