Ok, If you live in Melbourne you will already know what I mean by metcards, but for everyone else, these are bus, train or tram tickets. And I have about 75 of them (hopefully the pic will work):
I have absoultely no idea what do do with them. Huh they are normal credit card size, and made of slightly thicker than normal paper. If anyone can think of anything to do with them, i will love you forever Kiss
Uh... thats all for now, thanks for looking Grin Fudgegirl

Get some clear contact paper and packing tape and make a Metcard totebag!  I have one lone Metrocard from my October trip to NYC, and I'm going to do a photo collage purse with it and pics from my trip to the Metropolitan Opera.

I've been stockpiling most of my NYC metrocards for some time. I keep wanting to make christmas cards out of them, perhaps by cutting them into star shapes and gluing them somehow. A little early for holiday crafts for most of us, but might be fun anyway, if you have a lot of friends that live far away...

Well .... TalkAboutLush is doing a project for fashion design class with NYC metro cards so i know that any donations to that are welcome (See http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=78598.0)

Maybe Talk About Lush can use non NYC  to make trim or something...they are a different color ....

Donation to crafters is always a good thing ;-)

I've seen people make clothing out of metrocards. (I never thought to save mine from when I was living in NYC) Connect them at the corners with jump rings and make a skirt! Or perhaps a tubetop?

i painted over one side of them (i don't know which side of metcards happens to be more interesting - but for chicago cta cards, one side is covered in itty-bitty text - so i painted that side). then i used red and black sharpie to make a deck of cards for a little girl i babysit. she loves those cards so much
