so i made made this out of a $4 dress that my mom bought at target. the dress is actually like weird and stripey but i used the inner layer of the dress to make this

you like?

here's the tutorial that i promised you guys like a million years ago. sorry it took so long and sorry also that i suck at explaining and that i'm not the greatest artist. i hope it at least kind of makes sense... haha well if you need help clarifying anything, just let me know, i'll be happy to help Smiley

(oh and by the way, if any of you guys use my tut to make this, your shirt might look kind of retarded and scrunched up when you're not wearing it because of the elastic, but after you put it on, it'll look normal lol)

That is AWESOME!!! I'm addicted to anything with ruches in it!! And just when you think it can't get any better, you see the ruffles at the bottom... Whoa! It's great.

i'll have to say that you did a great job at making this shirt. it's not for me though because it reminds of like, a hooters stripper or something.
