I can tell you, Fall is composed of

1 part dead fish smell
1 part wet leaves
1 part arctic chilled air (not winter chilled variety)
2 parts crunchy walking
a pinch very cold rain
some apples you picked yourself
a few very still moments
a good deal of inner reflection

Thanks for your compliments... I was totally obsessed with the idea of making a travelling panorama box for the gnome. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out and I'm really happy that Ohhdarling adores it. He deserves a good home.  Cheesy

I love seeing the crafts in this gallery- everyone made such magical things to go with the magic of the movie. Ohhdarling's package should be here today and I'm so excited.. I'll post her crafts ASAP.

Finally - I have pictures to Post.

These are the candles that Rory_one sent me.  The first is a beautiful chocolate scented gel candle that is in a glass tea cup.  Looks just like you could take a sip.  The second is a lemon candle that I've enjoyed using in my kitchen.  I just LOVE the smell of lemons!

Thanks Rory_one!

These are pics of the items I sent Rory_one.

Rory loved the gnome storyline, and I had never made anything with gnomes.  After trying lots of gnome crafts, I made her stationary with watercolored gnomes.  The envelopes had little hats and boots on them.

This is a close up of the gnome.

I also made a box for little gnomes to travel in together.  It had stamps and stickers, travel tickest and metro passes...but I didn't take a pic.  Anyway, one of the little gnomes stayed home with me - so here is the little guy beside my Eiffel tower key chain.

Oh my god, I totally used to have that keychain. I bought it from a guy on the street outside the Eiffel Tower. The cheap thing broke! Aw, memories.

I got my package from OhhDarling yesterday and it's totally wonderful.  Smiley It actually brought tears to my eyes. She noted that I said I loved the colours of the movie and the poor goldfish, Blubber, so she made me a set of two embroidered fuchsia pillow cases with Blubber and the word Rve (dream)

I just love these! The colour, the goldfish, everything. Apparently, she's psychic, because they go perfectly with the duvet.
There was a hand-bound journal with engraved plaque of Le Fabuleux Destin d'... me! With my name on it.

Inside there are quotations from the movie. Here's some Cancon (Canadian Content), which made me laugh:

And to top it all of there was an engraved keychain with my name on the back and a heart and the quote, "even artichokes have hearts"  on the front and a medallion about love.

It is an awesome package: thoughtful, gorgeous items which make me so happy. Thanks so much OhhDarling!!! I really appreciate the thought and care and how personalized the items are.

This is best swap.  Cheesy
