My new doll creation, :)she measures about 10 inch (26 cm) tall. Her arms and legs are jointed. Her leaf shape wings are made from handdyed tulle & wires to keep the shape. Her hair is handdyed braided cotton. Her sweet little face is needlesculpted and painted with acrylics. Her skirt & faery shoes is made from tulle, sparkling yarn & silk flower cutouts.

Where do you get your ideas? Are you inspired by anything in particular or do they just come to you?

I love your series of dolls that were inspired by Tori Amos songs. The mermaid in a bottle acctually LOOKS like Tori.

I get my inspiration from movies, songs and sometimes my dreams,:), but most of the time, I just play with fabrics and follow my instinct  to see which one fits the doll better. I can spend hours playing with fabrics and yarns, etc. Tongue
And also thanks, Eliea.
