The outside isn't quite as adorned as I'd like it to be, but here's a shot of the inside, pretty much finished.  A tribute to everyone's favourite standing and walking actor!

Well I don't know who Rory Calhoun is really but I think your shrine looks really good. I like that you have the cowboy image with all the pink.

That's excellent! I love the background and the vibrant colors.

Speaking as a member of the Calhoun clan, this is awesome.

Not that I know if I'm related to him or not, but I *am* a Calhoun. Grin

Lucky!  We all want to be Calhoun's here -

If you remember the Simpson's episode where Mr. Burns wants to turn all of Santa's Little Helper's puppies into clothes, Rory Calhoun is the actor mentioned when one of the puppies stands up and Burns is overwhelmed with cuteness and he says to Smithers "Why, this puppy looks just like that actor" and Smithers says "what actor?" and Burns says "that actor that stands and walks" and Smithers says "Rory Calhoun?" and Burns says "Exactly" and then they can't kill any of the puppies because they all remind him of Rory Calhoun.  RC - was an actor who was in a lot of Westers, co-starred with Marilyn Monroe and worked pretty much right up until he died.

Thanks for th comments guys, I'm glad you enjoyed the picture!

Awwww, love Rory Calhoun; he was so handsome!  My fave RC films:  How to Marry a Millionaire and Motel Hell.  He was still handsome when he was quite older, as well.

i love the depth that you got.

i remember motel hell, a bit more than standing and walking in that film.

sleeping on the interstate.
