Your work is fantastic, I use to make dance costumes and cheerleader uniforms for years and sometimes i miss it. I think the airbrushed stuff is very nice..do you use the hot tool for the jewels? I was considering purchasing one.

Fabulous stuff, man. I have a question, though: I can NEVER get stretchy material to lay right or get the seams to stretch the way they do on things I've bought. How in the heck do you stitch it properly?

Hi everyone! Yep, I use only hot-fix crystals and they are really easy to apply. the tool comes with a bunch of different size heads for use with most stones. Tryi it, it's addicting!!

As for the fit of stretch fabrics, make sure you are fitting them with most of the stretch going AROUND your body, no matter what the pattern says!!! It helps to get a really good quality lycra or knit. I only use 4 way stretch fabrics, cuz the skaters have to be able to move tons without having thier outfit pull, move or god forbid get stuck up thier #@@!  Such fun!

Love this forum. I can't wait to see what everyone is up to! such imaginations!

Thanks for the compliments, I hope to get busy making some purses soon!!!

Man...when I was in dance I would have LOVED to have you do my costume. But unfortunately my group always got stuck with the ugly costumes. Yours are great.

wow....that's amazing...

i'm nowhere near that level of talent, but i'm curious about tips and tricks - i'm looking into making ballroom costumes for me and my husband. it looks like you'd use the same techniques and things. do they sell patterns for such things? is it worth buying all the "stuff"?

"But why don't you scream now?" Alice asked, holding her hands ready to put over her ears again.

"Why, I've done all the screaming already," said the Queen. "What would be the good of having it all over again?"

Hi Debbie. Those are airbrushed with a stencil. I do freehand sometimes, but the airbrush technique works great!
