I made a knock-off of one of the sweaters in the Alexander McQueen FW 2005 collection.
I fell in love with this sweater the moment saw it, but it was about $2000!!
(You can see the origial design here -->http://www.firstview.com/WRTWfall2005/A_MCQUEEN/00035.L.JPG)
So I decided to make one. I began knitting it in Nov, and one month later I finished it.
It has been my favorite sweater this winter.
I put less flowers than the original design to make it comfortable to wear under a coat. I'm gonna make some more corsages and will put them on when I'm wearing it without a coat in the spring.
I used 9 skeins of Andean Treasure from knitpicks.com (100% baby alpaca). It's really soft and warm!

EDITED:
Upon the request of several of you, I made a pattern for the sweater and the flowers.
It's a combination of instructions and charts. I tried to make it as detailed as I can. It's made to fit bust size 33, 35, 37 and 39 inches.

Thanks Smiley

Beautiful! I wish I could just look at something and recreate it. I'm still in the "need to look at a pattern" stage of my knitting. I love the flowers. You did a fabulous job and I like yours better, too.

That is totally beautifull.   By the way, what is up with that model's expression?  She reminded me of a character from Taltos from Anne Rice.
