Mostly I think barbies are weird looking.  Their clothes do *not* help.  But seeing the barbies in the challenge, they look so normal and cute dressed up like ya'll!  Thanks to the Craftster barbie line, I can no longer despise barbie.

I agree, craft-matic.  She almost looks like a real person in the photos.  It took me by surprise.  Poor Barbie needs more casual clothes like these.  And especially the shoes!  Maybe if she wore sensible shoes like these, her feet wouldn't be frozen in the tiptoe position... (poor thing).

That's brilliant- I was going to submit something, but I really don't have time but for my half-made entry, but I didnt have a barbie with suitable hair colour/style, so I dyed it with shoe polish and cut it so you can imagine how good it looks- yours puts mine to shame!! (I have long brown hair with a side fringe too) It looks fantabydosy!! I love all the attention to detail

Hugs,

Caterina

wow, thanks everyone for all your replies. to answer your questions, i made the ipod and the laptop case in about the same manner: i made the designs on my computer and then printed them out onto iron-on tranfer papers, then ironed those onto some white fabric, and then ironed the fabric onto some craft fuse interfacing (yea i know, alot of ironing, but i still liked the results). and thanks again.
