I looked at that book the other day and I loved lots of the patterns, especially that cardigan.  I may buy the book eventually, so I'm not in now - but it's a great looking pattern.  Good luck!

busymama are you still working on this cardigan?  I know it's almost a year later but I'm knitting up a gauge swatch this morning.

If you've finished your sweater, can you post pics?  What yarn did you use?

I'm using Araucania Nature Wool from my stash.  I have a feeling this sweater may take me awhile since it's pretty much stockinette.

Did you know there's an errata webpage for Yarnplay and Edie is on it?

The back of your sweater looks awesome!

No, I haven't finished it.  I knit the back and it was huge.  I had decided to knit a smaller size to compensate for my larger gauge but something went awry between the shoulder blades and it was off.

So I frogged it and thought about using a different yarn but I REALLY want to use my Brooks Farm Four Play.  I think I'm going to try and go down a needle size or two.

I need to check out the errata.  Maybe that was part of my problem?  LOL!

That's too bad about the size.  I've finished most of the knitting on my sweater and I think it's going to be a bit small.  I swear I got the correct gauge.  I'll know better once I sew it up.  Of course, that will probably take awhile.

I'm not much for finishing.
